1. Delivery Area

Kittle is currently delivering only in Mumbai for the first launch batch of Kittle Fresh & Fix Kit.

Orders placed from outside Mumbai may be cancelled and refunded unless Kittle confirms delivery separately before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days after order confirmation and payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines may change due to address issues, weather, courier delays, public holidays, or other unexpected situations.

3. Delivery Charges

For the first Mumbai launch batch, delivery is included in the ₹999 launch price of Kittle Fresh & Fix Kit.

If shipping charges change in the future, they will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers may receive order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through Shopify order confirmation.

For the first launch batch, Kittle may contact customers on WhatsApp to confirm delivery details before dispatch.

5. Packed Photo Before Dispatch

For customer trust, Kittle may share a packed order photo before dispatch for the first launch batch.

6. Incorrect Address or Unreachable Customer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct name, phone number, full address, area, landmark, and pincode.

Kittle is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address, incomplete address, wrong phone number, unreachable customer, or customer unavailability.

7. Delivery Attempt

If the customer is unavailable during delivery, Kittle or the delivery partner may attempt to contact the customer. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be cancelled or rescheduled at Kittle's discretion.

8. Orders Outside Mumbai

For the first launch batch, Kittle is accepting Mumbai orders only. Orders from outside Mumbai may be cancelled and refunded if delivery is not possible.
