1. Cancellation by Customer
Customers can request order cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched.
Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be accepted.
If the customer refuses delivery after dispatch without a valid reason, future orders may be restricted.
4. Cancellation by Kittle
Kittle may cancel an order if:
- The delivery address is outside Mumbai for the first launch batch
- The customer provides incomplete or incorrect address details
- The phone number is unreachable
- Payment is not completed or verified
- The product is out of stock
- The order appears suspicious or fraudulent
- Delivery is not possible to the provided address
- There is a pricing, listing, or stock error on the website
5. Refund After Cancellation
If prepaid payment has been received and the order is cancelled before dispatch, refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days after approval.
Refunds may be sent to the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.
6. Stock Reservation
For the first launch batch, Kittle has limited stock. An order is reserved only after successful payment confirmation and order acceptance by Kittle.
