1. Product Type

Kittle Fresh & Fix Kit is a personal-use office emergency kit. It includes items such as underarm sweat pads, stain remover roll-on, facial wipes, fashion tape, safety pins, lint remover, pouch, and box packing.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are not accepted for used, opened, or partially used products.

A replacement or refund request may be considered only if:

  • The kit arrives damaged
  • An item is missing from the kit
  • The wrong item is delivered
  • The outer package is visibly damaged at delivery
  • Kittle is unable to deliver the order after payment confirmation

3. Replacement Eligibility

Customers can request replacement if any item is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

To request replacement, customers must contact Kittle within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Clear photo or unboxing video showing the issue
  • Description of the issue

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used
  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Original labels, packaging, or product instructions are removed by the customer
  • The issue is caused by incorrect use
  • The customer changes their mind after delivery
  • The customer does not like the colour, size, or design after receiving the same product shown on the website
  • The product does not give a guaranteed result, since results may vary by use, fabric, skin, sweat, stain type, and situation

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Kittle cannot deliver to the customer's Mumbai address after payment
  • The order is cancelled by Kittle before dispatch
  • A valid replacement request is approved but replacement is not possible
  • There is a duplicate payment or verified payment error

6. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.

Refunds may be sent to the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.

Bank, UPI, or payment gateway timelines may vary.

7. Damaged or Missing Item Process

If your kit arrives damaged or with a missing item, please contact Kittle within 24 hours of delivery.
