1. Delivery Area

For the first launch batch, Kittle is delivering only in Mumbai.

Orders placed from outside our current delivery area may be cancelled and refunded if delivery is not possible.

2. Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation and payment confirmation.

  • Local restrictions or operational issues

3. Shipping Charges

For the current Mumbai launch batch, Mumbai delivery is included in the product price unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Any future shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and prepare your kit for dispatch.

For the first batch, Kittle may share a packed order photo before dispatch for customer trust and confirmation.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide:

  • Full name
  • Correct phone number
  • Complete delivery address
  • Landmark if needed
  • Correct pincode

Kittle is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to wrong or incomplete customer details.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because the customer is unreachable, address is incorrect, or the customer is unavailable, we may contact the customer for support.

Additional delivery attempts may depend on courier availability and operational feasibility.

7. Orders Outside Mumbai

For the first launch batch, if an order is placed from outside Mumbai and Kittle cannot deliver, the order may be cancelled and refunded as per our policy.

8. Damaged Package at Delivery

If your package appears damaged at delivery, please take photos or an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours.
