1. About Kittle

Kittle is a small D2C brand based in Mumbai. Kittle sells curated office emergency kits for personal use.

The first product is Kittle Fresh & Fix Kit, a compact office emergency pouch for common office commute problems such as sweat patches, sticky face, small stains, lint, and outfit emergencies.

2. Product Disclosure

Kittle Fresh & Fix Kit is a curated kit. Some products inside the kit may be sourced from third-party brands and packed together by Kittle as one office emergency kit.

Customers must read and follow original product labels, instructions, warnings, expiry details, and usage guidelines where applicable.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Kittle does not guarantee perfect results in every situation.

Stain remover may not remove every stain.
Sweat pads may not stop every sweat mark.
Fashion tape may not work equally on all fabrics or skin types.
Lint remover results may vary by fabric.
Facial wipes may not suit every skin type.

Results may vary depending on fabric, skin, sweat, stain type, usage, weather, and other conditions.

4. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products safely and correctly.

Customers should test stain remover and fashion tape on a small hidden area before full use.

Kittle is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect use, careless use, ignoring instructions, or using the product on unsuitable fabric or skin.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees.

The planned price of Kittle Fresh & Fix Kit is ₹1,499. The first Mumbai launch batch price is ₹999 for the first 10 kits unless changed or extended by Kittle.

Kittle may change prices, offers, discounts, delivery terms, and product availability at any time.

6. Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation and acceptance by Kittle.

Kittle may cancel an order due to:

Stock unavailability
Payment failure
Incorrect customer details
Delivery restrictions
Suspicious order activity
Website pricing or listing error
Address outside serviceable area

7. Payment

Payments may be processed through approved payment providers such as PayU or other payment methods shown at checkout.

Kittle does not store full card or banking details.

8. Shipping

For the first launch batch, Kittle is delivering only in Mumbai.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled as per Kittle's Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

10. Website Content

All website content, including text, images, design, product descriptions, brand name, and layout, belongs to Kittle unless otherwise stated.

Customers or third parties cannot copy, reuse, or misuse website content without written permission.

11. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide correct name, phone number, email, address, pincode, and order details.

Customers must check product details, delivery area, price, and policies before placing an order.

12. Limitation of Liability

Kittle is not responsible for indirect loss, misuse of product, incorrect product use, allergic reaction, fabric damage due to improper use, customer negligence, or issues caused by ignoring product instructions.
